Are GRECHIO pistachios roasted?
Yes, both the unsalted and the salted ones are roasted.
How many days does it take to receive my order?
Usually 2-3 business days depending on the region. No shipments are made on weekends.
What's the difference between salted and unsalted?
The same nut. The salted one is roasted with salt and citric acid. The unsalted one is roasted with citric acid only.
Is it a source of protein and high in fiber?
Yes. We have a certified claim from an accredited laboratory - 22.4g of protein and 10.7g of fiber per 100g.
