Refund policy
GRECHIO pistachios are food products.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or with compromised packaging
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unopened and within its best-before date
What to do
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@grechio.gr, including:
- a photo of the product
- your order number
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU regulations, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains unopened and in its original packaging.
