Our pistachios come from the Graigos family farms in Avlonas, Attica, with an emphasis on consistent quality rather than mass production.

2. Are GRECHIO pistachios fresh and roasted?
Yes. All GRECHIO pistachios are fresh from this year's harvest. Both the unsalted and the salted ones are roasted.
3. What is the difference between unsalted and salted?
Unsalted: pure, natural flavor, roasted with the addition of citric acid E330. Ideal for those who want an everyday healthy snack.
Salted: mild, balanced saltiness that highlights the aroma and makes the snack more intense. With added citric acid E330.
4. How do I keep the pistachios fresh?
Keep them in a cool, dry place and seal the plastic bag well before placing it back in the paper packaging.
5. When is my order shipped?
Orders completed by 14:00 are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the next business day.
6. How many days does it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, depending on the region. No shipments are made on weekends.
7. Is citric acid E330 used in the unsalted pistachios?
Yes, we use citric acid E330 in both the unsalted and the salted pistachios, for a balanced flavor.
