Subscriptions

When you purchase a GRECHIO subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details are securely stored, and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the order management link included in your confirmation email.

Pre-Orders

When purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.

You may cancel any pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has been processed and shipped, our Returns Policy applies.

Try Before You Buy

When purchasing through a “Try Before You Buy” option, your payment method is authorized but not charged at checkout.

You will have a specified period to decide whether to keep the product. If the product is not returned within the stated timeframe, the full amount will be charged automatically to your original payment method.
